Appointments can be made via WhatsApp, phone or in person. We recommend booking in advance for premium and bridal services. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling to respect other guests' bookings.

Service prices are shared at the lounge and on request. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The final price may vary based on hair length, product selection and service complexity.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly inform us in advance. For bridal and package bookings, any advance paid is subject to our cancellation policy, which will be explained at the time of booking.

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are unhappy with a service, please tell us before you leave so we can make it right. Results may vary from person to person based on individual hair and skin type.

Please inform our team of any allergies, skin sensitivities or medical conditions before your service. We maintain strict hygiene standards for the safety of all guests.

Meg Unisex Lounge is not liable for any pre-existing conditions or reactions that were not disclosed prior to treatment. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the guest.
